2013 reservation information and policies!
Please read carefully and
have all the information before booking thanks for your cooperation
Trinity Alps Marina.

A Rental Deposit is required
to confirm your reservation dates,
Upon payment of full rental the deposit then becomes your security
deposit * for the vessel and will be refunded by
CHECK only after the
vessel is checked back in on time, cleaned, with it's inventory
intact and no damage has occurred. No fuel or anything else may be
charged against the deposit and NO CASH will be refunded

RENTALS
17' Ski Boat, 28' Pontoon, and
36' Party Barge
Deposit Required $500.00
21' Wakeboard Boat, Clipper, Custom, Star, Star
f/b and Star 2
Deposit Required $750.00

CANCELLATIONS - ALL CANCELATIONS MUST
BE IN WRITING NO EXCEPTIONS
Cancelation policies for houseboats and small boats do vary so
please read the rental agreement carefully and make sure you have
the right agreement for the vessel you want.

CHANGES - ALL CHANGES TO RESERVATION
MUST BE IN WRITING NO EXCEPTIONS
Please refer to rental agreement for fees and conditions.

CHECK IN is between
2pm - 4pm as
boats become available
CHECK OUT is before
9am cleaned and unloaded
boats returned late will
be charged $200 per hour or any part of an hour late fee

Boats are sent out with a
full tank
of gas, propane, and/or oil and will be refilled at your expense
before your departure
-
PETS a minimum fee of
$75 is required
for pet cleaning and or damage

We require a Charter
Captain to be at
least 25 years old with a valid drivers license to be presented upon
check in
-
Suggested Items to bring on your trip
Rental Agreements Contracts
Make a Reservation by printing out
the RENTAL AGREEMENT for the vessel you would like to rent and fill
it out completely then send it and the required deposit to our
Administration office. Please fill out 1 agreement for each vessel you
would like to rent, reservations will not be booked until receipt of
agreement and deposit.
